He recognized the promotion of citizen democracy and the actions proposed by the President of Mexico. The coordinator of the Morena caucus in Nuevo León, Mario Soto Esquer, reaffirmed his support for Plan B of the electoral reform, promoted by President Claudia Sheinbaum. Soto Esquer highlighted the elimination of privileges for party leadership, the reduction of spending on political parties, and on state congresses. "Without hesitation, we are supporting the citizen and participatory democracy projected by the President, which enjoys great popular support," he concluded.
