A man identified as Alejandro 'N' was linked to process for his probable participation in the crime of attempted homicide against six striking workers. The incident occurred on March 18th in the municipality of Tultitlán, State of Mexico. A group of approximately 50 people was guarding the access to a company located on Avenida López Portillo, which had been on strike since February 23rd due to alleged contractual violations. According to the investigation, several individuals arrived in vehicles and motorcycles, got out and began attacking the workers with stones. Subsequently, some of them, including the now accused, allegedly took out firearms and threatened the victims. In compliance with the law, the accused must be considered innocent until a guilty verdict is issued. 'A Judicial Authority determined his linkage to process for the crime of attempted homicide,' informed the Prosecutor's Office. The judge imposed the precautionary measure of preventive detention and set a two-month deadline for the closure of the complementary investigation. 'They threatened them and told them to 'get out of here',' the investigation states.
