The Secretary of Women emphasized that the National Lottery, more than ever before, has turned its iconic 'tickets' into a tool for education and visibility of women's rights. She added that after the grievance suffered by a young woman from Huauchinango, Puebla, there was dignity and resilience, because Olimpia, along with many other women, decided not to give up. They did not just inspire a law, they built it; they walked it through congresses, in territories, in digital spaces. Olivia Salomón stated that the 'Olympia Law' changed the paradigm of justice in Mexico, as it was recognized that what happens in the digital environment is real, it hurts, and it marks lives. She emphasized that within the 'Mexican Humanism' promoted by President Claudia Sheinbaum, this cause finds a deep echo, as this government has placed human dignity at the center. Activist Olimpia Coral Melo highlighted that this National Lottery ticket translates into a symbolic act of justice for the movement, for women from the territories, for those who fight in the streets, those without public office, those who fight autonomously, without political parties, privileges, or official commemorations. The founder of the movement said she did not achieve this alone: 'We made the Olympia Law together, and we will continue to build it in the world so that you, they, we, and all people can also be safe on the internet,' said Coral Melo during this unveiling, held on the fifth anniversary of the law's approval in Mexico, 'we have a lottery ticket, sisters'. Meanwhile, Raquel Serur Smeke, Undersecretary for Latin America and the Caribbean of the Secretariat of Foreign Relations, highlighted Mexico's pioneering role in the fight against digital violence, pointing out that the 'Olympia Law' positions the country as a benchmark not only in Latin America but in the world. The head of the National Lottery spoke of the greatness of this Latin American women's movement, woven from love, resilience, integrity, and sisterhood. The tickets are already available for purchase nationwide, and the draw will be broadcast live on the official YouTube channel of the National Lottery's Traditional Draws. Additionally, she reflected on the challenges posed by the digital environment in a context of global transformation.
