The Mexican government reports that no support has been denied. Additionally, an agreement has been reached in favor of Sinaloa producers for the next harvest. Meetings have also been held with various transport organizations, in which the National Guard participated to address security points on roads, as well as complaints related to procedures. Most organizations have decided not to mobilize. For Monday, April 6th, various leaders of agricultural and transport organizations have announced that they will close some roads. We inform the public that the Secretariat of the Interior and the Secretariat of Agriculture and Rural Development have met with agricultural producers since the last months of 2025 to address their demands. The President of the Republic, Claudia Sheinbaum Pardo, has personally led meetings to address and provide an immediate and long-term solution to the needs and demands of basic grain producers due to their low international prices. In this regard, from November to date, 3,412 million pesos have been allocated to compensate for grain prices to more than 40,910 producers who have been directly supported. However, without any reason, some maintain their position despite there being no reasons affecting third parties. We state that the Government of Mexico has always been open to dialogue and will be informing and attending to any demonstration that takes place tomorrow. Finally, we reiterate that there is no reason to demonstrate, much less to affect third parties.
