Sheinbaum Confirms Lack of Judicial Notification

President Claudia Sheinbaum announced this Wednesday during her morning press conference that Judge Nancy Juárez has ordered the removal of the judicial reform from the Official Journal of the Federation. Sheinbaum explained that she received a notification from the judge through the Legal Counsel of the presidency, which detailed that the notification would be displayed by scanning a QR code. However, upon reviewing the QR, the president noted that it had been removed and did not direct to any document, asserting that no formal notification has yet been received.

In her statements during the conference, Sheinbaum emphasized that there has been no official notification from the judge and cited: "Let Harvard tell us what they think about the QR not opening." The president mentioned that a notary has been contacted to certify that the presidency has not received the judge's notification correctly. This incident has generated controversy and questions about the legal process and the communication of judicial decisions in the country.
