Exatlón México Elimination Rules Change

The elimination rules on Exatlón México have changed, putting both men and women at risk. Here's the updated participant list, broadcast schedule, and more details.

The rules for the Elimination in Exatlón México have changed, as this time the women of the Red Team are at risk of elimination along with the men of the Blue Team. This change in dynamics was announced on the official social media of the show in a video featuring Mati Álvarez, a legend of the Red Team. This is the first time this has happened in the Exatlón México 2026 season, a modification applied with only 13 participants left in the competition, which is entering its final stretch. The schedule for the new season of Exatlón México was modified twice due to a programming change caused by La Granja VIP. However, it has returned to its usual start time: Monday to Friday at 8:30 PM Central Mexico Time, and on elimination Sundays at 8:00 PM Central Mexico Time. The daily competition, as well as the elimination, can be watched through the following options: Azteca UNO (open TV channel), TV Azteca's official website and app, and Amazon Prime Video. The Blue Team's losing streak seems to be ending, first with a victory in the elimination duel where they managed to eliminate César Villaluz from the Red Team. In week 27, the Blues struck again by winning the Villa 360, securing a better rest before the Survival Duel. During the 2026 season of Exatlón México, athletes compete for different benefits, one of which is a medal representing an extra life in elimination. Power Tokens, representing unrevealed prizes, were also introduced. The winners in week 27 were: female Power Token: Karol Rojas, male Power Token: Adrián Leo. The athletes still in the competition as of now are: Red Team (Humberto Noriega, 'Mono' Osuna, Mati Álvarez, Paulette Gallardo, Karol Rojas, Jazmín Hernández) and Blue Team (Evelyn Guijarro, Katia Gallegos, Valery Carranza, Koke Guerrero, Alexis Vargas, Adrián Leo). The list of eliminated contestants grows weekly, not only from those defeated in the duel but also due to injury, like Aristeo Cázares from the Red Team, who left due to a knee problem.
