Arturo Hernández Ortega, known as "El Supercívico", has reported the illegal occupation of a piece of land belonging to him in Chicoloapan, State of Mexico. The property, which was inherited from his mother, is being occupied by people who are illegally building there.
Hernández has directly pointed to Pedro Villegas Martínez as responsible for the occupation and has initiated a regular civil lawsuit in the Judicial District of Texcoco under case number 14/2025. Through images taken with a drone, shared on his social media, the movement of construction materials and buildings in process at the site can be observed.
The communicator has expressed his surprise at the situation, highlighting that similar situations are frequently occurring in the State of Mexico. As a result of this situation, Hernández has encouraged other individuals who have been victims of illegal occupations to file both criminal and public complaints.
Hernández has compared his case to that of Doña Carlota, a 73-year-old woman who is currently in jail for shooting and killing two men in Chalco on July 1st, after they refused to vacate a house that belonged to her family. The communicator has pointed out a possible complicity of municipal authorities in these types of occupations, suggesting that this is not an isolated case.
The content creator has made his complaint public through videos on social media, where he shows his land being invaded and constructed upon without his authorization. Hernández has stated that he has already filed the corresponding lawsuit in the Judicial District of Texcoco, hoping that justice will be served in his case.
