With over ten years of experience at the Mexican Institute of Social Security (IMSS), she decided to bring her violin into waiting rooms, hospital floors, and the emergency department. Each piece she plays creates a soothing atmosphere that lifts the spirits of patients and families awaiting difficult news.
Reactions have been very positive. One patient said, "When I hear the music, I feel supported and hopeful," while another patient noted, "The notes remind me of life and encourage me to keep going." Medical staff also highlighted the importance of this initiative, emphasizing that the emotional support provided by music complements medical treatment.
