Four male bodies were found on Friday, October 25, near the Culiacán-Eldorado road in the Costa Rica township. The corpses showed signs of torture and gunshot wounds; some were bound with their hands behind their backs. The victims' clothing varied from dark shorts and a royal blue t-shirt to denim pants and dark-colored t-shirts.
The bodies were located just a few meters from the perimeter fence of a company that sells chemical products, located approximately 200 meters west of the Culiacán-Eldorado road. Initial investigations confirmed that all victims had bullet wounds. However, the identities of the deceased have not yet been determined.
One of the bodies was found in a lateral position, with an average build and light brown skin, wearing a dark camouflaged balaclava over his head, black denim pants, a t-shirt of the same color, and a dark leather belt. The second body was lying face up, with hands tied, dressed in blue denim pants and a black t-shirt. The third body was found face down, with feet and hands tied, wearing only dark shorts.
Personnel from the Secretariat of National Defense (SEDENA) arrived at the scene to confirm it, followed by officials from the State Attorney General's Office, who documented the facts. Authorities continue their investigations to clarify the case and determine the circumstances of these violent deaths.
