After a series of demonstrations in Sinaloa due to the increase in violence in the state, Ricardo Monreal, coordinator of the parliamentary group of Morena in the Chamber of Deputies, expressed his support for the governor of Sinaloa, Rubén Rocha Moya, during a legislative session. Monreal emphasized his support for the Sinaloan governor, highlighting that he trusts he will regain the tranquility and development that the entity deserves.

During the meeting, Monreal was accompanied by legislators from various Mexican states, as well as from California, Baja California Sur, and Sonora. The support for Governor Rocha Moya was evident, with Monreal mentioning the importance of stability and progress in Sinaloa.

On another topic, there was an international conflict in the region with the arrival of deported migrants due to new regulations imposed by former U.S. President Donald Trump. Despite this situation, Monreal highlighted the strength of Sinaloa and assured that the entity has the support of President Claudia Sheinbaum, the Federation, and the majority of federal deputies.

However, despite these displays of support, Sinaloan citizens gathered to demand the governor's resignation with a massive protest in the vicinity of the Government Palace. The situation in Sinaloa, marked by violence between factions of the local cartel, presents additional challenges for Rocha Moya's administration.
