Ford Jalisco Motors Faces Backlash Over Unauthorized Use of Vehicle

Tony Landeros, a resident of Jalisco, received an unpleasant surprise when he discovered that his Ford Bronco, which he had taken to the Ford Jalisco Motors dealership for repair, was being used without his permission by some young people who had gone out partying. Landeros explained that he had been without his vehicle for two weeks due to engine repairs.

After Landeros shared his outrage on Facebook, Ford Jalisco Motors issued a statement regretting the incident and acknowledging that one of its employees had misused a customer's vehicle. The dealership admitted that this action did not reflect its values or standards of quality and service.

Despite mentioning that immediate measures had been taken, the dealership did not specify what those measures were or whether the employee involved was sanctioned. This case generated criticism toward the dealership and led other users to share their negative experiences with the service.

In the videos posted by Landeros on his Facebook profile, he can be seen finding his truck on a street in Guadalajara, far from the dealership. There, he confronts a group of young people who were about to get into the vehicle, discovering that they were using it without authorization.

Initially, the young driver claims that the truck is his, but then admits that he was using it without permission and proposes reaching an agreement to resolve the situation. Landeros mentions that he found his vehicle parked on a street, despite supposedly being under repair at the dealership. This incident has called into question the reputation of Ford Jalisco Motors and generated a debate about the quality of their service.
