The Inter-Municipal System of Drinking Water and Sewer Services (SIAPA) has implemented discounts of up to 100% on surcharges until December 15. The aim of this measure is to provide users with the opportunity to regularize their accounts and settle their debts to zero.
To access these discounts, payments can be made in cash or with credit and debit cards. If the payment is made in a single amount, a 100% discount will be applied to the total surcharges of the debt. It is important to emphasize that all procedures must be carried out in person at SIAPA's operational centers. These procedures have no associated cost.
It is essential to point out that SIAPA does not carry out agreements or home collections, so it is recommended that citizens go directly to the authorized offices. The hours of operation at branches and operational centers are from Monday to Friday from 8:00 AM to 4:00 PM. Additionally, on Saturdays, the González Gallo Operational Center will be open from 8:00 AM to 1:00 PM.
