It is highlighted that this initiative represents trust in business development and individual progress. On the other hand, Libia García, the governor of the state, revealed that enrollment for the Rosa Card program, which will grant around one thousand pesos monthly to Guanajuato women, will begin next week. The distribution of these cards is expected to start in January. Enrollment will be digital to avoid intermediaries. This program will be implemented in Guanajuato as the first of its kind at the national level.
The Ministry of Economy will conduct an analysis of the skills and competencies required by companies in the region to collaborate with educational institutions to develop tailored study plans. The objective is to facilitate the acquisition of microcredentials. It is anticipated that these microcredentials will come into effect soon, and to support workers in their training, the state government will provide a scholarship called 'BecaT.'
Libia García emphasized the importance of having specialized personnel for companies and mentioned that working groups are being held with companies and educational institutions for the implementation of certifications in the 46 municipalities of the state through the State Institute of Training.
Additionally, the program 'My Business Forward' was launched, aimed at SMEs, which provides materials for small businesses, such as refrigerators, kitchen utensils, and necessary equipment to boost commercial activity. This program seeks to support entrepreneurs with tools that allow them to grow their businesses and generate a positive impact on their families.
