Six people have died after receiving vitamin infusions at a homeopathic clinic in Hermosillo, Sonora. According to the Ministry of Public Health and the State Attorney General's Office (FGJE), one person remains hospitalized in serious condition, and two more have been discharged due to improvement. They added that an investigation into this case is ongoing. All patients received intravenous solutions administered by the attending physician, who also prescribed, prepared, and administered them. The authorities also indicated that six investigation files have been opened based on the complaints filed so far. The solutions secured at the establishment continue to be analyzed by federal agencies. After the health inspection and closure of the facility on April 1, no new cases have been reported. They explained that this is an ongoing investigation, and information will be updated as conclusive results become available.
