After the airing of the clip, six mothers of the deceased children filed a complaint for the invasion of the property and for profiting from the pain of others. They believed that it was not only about recording but also about altering a scene protected by law, evidence of a criminal act.

In response to this, a District Judge in Hermosillo determined to link Ana "N" to the process for the crime of concealment, under the hypothesis of altering the scene of a criminal act according to Article 400 of the Federal Penal Code. The judge ordered that she face the process at liberty, without preventive detention, with the only obligation to sign periodically and remain in Hermosillo.

Some specialists have noted that the success of certain platforms can lead to the pursuit of notoriety at any cost, endangering lives and even committing crimes. In this context, the case of an influencer accused of altering the crime scene at the ABC daycare has gone viral.

According to media reports, the accused, whose real name is Ana "N", grew up in Hermosillo and found a way to gain followers through social media. What started as everyday content turned into a constant search for virality, disrespecting ethical boundaries and collective memory. It is reported that she illegally entered the old ABC daycare to record a video titled 'This is what the ABC daycare looks like 12 years later'.

The story alerts about the risks that actions driven by the desire to stand out on social media and gain popularity can entail, without considering the negative consequences that may arise, both personally and legally, from these decisions.
