Iván Fernando "N", known as "4-40", was detained by the Secretary of the Navy in Hermosillo, Sonora. He is considered a suspected operator of the Jalisco New Generation Cartel (CJNG) in the region. He had an arrest warrant for organized crime in the municipalities of Nogales and Ímuris, Sonora.

The apprehension of Iván Fernando took place in Bahía de Kino, Hermosillo, where the arrest warrant was executed by the Attorney General's Office in collaboration with the Secretary of Citizen Security. According to police reports, the detainee resided in Ímuris with a woman and four minors.

After his arrest, "4-40" was transferred to the Public Ministry to determine his legal situation and face the charges against him.

For now, it is expected that the legal process will proceed to clarify the alleged involvement of this individual in criminal activities linked to the CJNG in Sonora.
