A 13-year-old teenager was murdered on Sunday night in a house in the Españita neighborhood, in Irapuato, Guanajuato. Preliminary reports suggest that her 17-year-old sister may be involved in the attack. The incident occurred around 7:30 PM at a house on Bugambilias Street, when neighbors reported a fight between the sisters, allegedly of Canadian origin.
According to witnesses, the older sister attacked her with a knife. Security personnel cordoned off the area while forensic experts and agents from the Criminal Investigation Agency carried out the necessary procedures.
Paramedics arrived at the scene, but the minor showed no signs of life. Authorities have not provided details about the case, but it is expected that they will inform about the legal situation of the detained teenager.
