In the Mexican State of Mexico, Ramiro Ulises 'N', alias 'Comandante Galindo', has been captured. According to official reports, he was apprehended in the municipality of Malinalco in compliance with an arrest warrant for the crime of express kidnapping for extortion. The detainee is considered a supposed regional leader of the Jalisco New Generation Cartel (CJNG) and is being investigated for his possible participation in various high-impact crimes in the eastern area of the State of Mexico. The apprehension stems from a case registered in 2025. Subsequently, he established himself in Malinalco, where he was finally located and detained after a coordinated operation. Although he is now in custody, authorities indicated that investigations remain open and it is not ruled out that new charges may be added as the process progresses. Ramiro Ulises 'N' was admitted to a Social Reintegration Penitentiary Center, where he is at the disposal of a judge who will define his legal situation in the coming days. Authorities place him as the supposed leader of a criminal cell identified as Operational Delta, present in municipalities such as San Martín de las Pirámides, Teotihuacán, Temascalapa, and Otumba. In this region, he is attributed illicit activities such as hydrocarbon theft, drug distribution, and illegal deprivation of liberty.
