According to information from local media, it was revealed that Joel suffered from liver cirrhosis derived from fatty liver and had been attacked by a bacteria that ultimately caused his death. Despite not consuming alcoholic beverages, he had been on the waiting list for a liver transplant for six months. It is still not determined where his funeral will take place.
