In a strategic operation carried out this Monday morning, elements of the Civil Force Intelligence Division, in coordination with the State Investigations Agency, managed to capture a couple accused of being the main suspects in robberies against truck drivers. The arrest took place in the Monterrey Center, at the intersection of Isaac Garza and Luis Carvajal streets. Authorities detected and intercepted a Chevrolet Matiz vehicle in which the now-investigated individuals were traveling. The detainees were identified as Fernando “N”, 32 years old, and Roxana “N”, 38 years old. At the time of their arrest, the following evidence was seized from them: 133 wrappers with green and dry herb, with characteristics of marijuana. 54 wrappers with a solid white substance, similar to rock cocaine. Weighing tools and cell phones. According to preliminary investigations, police authorities were already on the couple's trail due to their alleged participation in criminal acts related to cargo transport robbery. Following the operation, both were arrested and handed over to the Public Ministry, the authority that will determine their legal situation in the coming hours.
