Opposition deputies again mentioned the possibility of a political trial against Governor Samuel García, despite having a meeting scheduled with him tomorrow Wednesday to seek agreements. De la Garza stated: "It looks like trial for trial, but they will see them in the same session." He added the importance of a symbolic sanction to prevent other officials from committing crimes, referencing the precedent of former governor Jaime Rodríguez Calderón.

De la Fuente and De la Garza, who have personal conflicts with the governor, will seek to negotiate politically to unlock funds from the upcoming Budget, being aware that the situation is unlikely to be resolved in tomorrow's meeting. The Anti-Corruption Commission postponed its session scheduled for this week due to the potential political trial proposed by PRI and PAN leaders, José Luis Garza Ochoa and Policarpo Flores, respectively.

The PAN coordinator, De la Fuente, stated that he has gathered the bench to secure ten votes in favor of the sanction against García Sepúlveda, requesting his removal. On her part, the Congress president, Lorena de la Garza, reported that there are four political trials and ten sanction requests in process against him. To achieve the removal, they would also need the support of Morena, which is currently unclear.

In another context, De la Fuente mentioned having met with the Group of 6, linked to the PRI, reaffirming the intention of the bench to approve the removal of the governor. The Anti-Corruption Commission, despite planning to meet this week, will include new matters in the first session of next week to address it collectively.
