Governor Samuel García inaugurated the renovated Bicentennial Stadium in Niños Héroes Park. The works included new equipment, stands, and other improvements. The construction of venues for parasports is also planned.

Governor Samuel García handed over the renovated works of the Bicentennial Stadium, located in the Niños Héroes Park, which included sports equipment, goalposts, bathrooms, and seats in the stands. At the inaugural event, he was accompanied by the General Director of INDE, Melody Falcó, and the Director of the Nuevo León Physical Educational and Sports Infrastructure Construction Institute, Luis Fernando Domínguez Martin del Campo. "I promise you, with Melody and Luis Fernando, that we will get together to specifically see what our children need; we have already started to remodel the gym and offices," highlighted García Sepúlveda. In addition to the works at the Bicentennial Stadium, construction and equipment of spaces for disciplines such as powerlifting, adaptive dance, sitting table tennis, boccia, and goalball are also underway in this area.
