During a live broadcast to inform about the achievements made in his first 100 days in charge of the Nuevo OOAPAS, Adolfo Torres Ramírez mentioned the reduction of waiting times in user service, the implementation of incentives and flexible payment schemes, as well as a significant increase in the recovery of overdue accounts, among other achievements.
The director announced the launch of 'Aquabot', a virtual assistant that streamlines direct communication with users, allowing them to request water trucks, download bills, and read meters more efficiently. Adolfo Torres Ramírez stressed the importance of establishing more direct communication with citizens through new digital tools, such as the WhatsApp chat, which is already in operation.
Regarding administrative efficiency, total control over expenses in fuels, materials, and staff supervision has been achieved to maximize resources. Adolfo Torres Ramírez emphasized the importance of proper staff assignment. Workers' equipment was also updated to improve the reading of water meters and ensure more efficient service in the Nuevo OOAPAS of Morelia.
