Welfare Brigades in Navolato: Comprehensive Attention

Dr. Eneyda Rocha Ruiz, president of the DIF Sinaloa system, in collaboration with various government agencies headed by Dr. Rubén Rocha Moya, has brought the Brigadas del Bienestar program throughout the state of Sinaloa with the aim of providing well-being to families. On this occasion, the Brigada del Bienestar moved to the syndicate of Villa Juárez in the municipality of Navolato.

President Eneyda Rocha Ruiz highlighted that through these brigades, families have access to a variety of services free of charge, in adherence to and full respect for their human rights, allowing them to receive more than one service according to their needs. The program offers comprehensive attention in health, nutrition, social and emotional aspects, with the aim of contributing to the improvement of the quality of life of families, reaching out to their municipalities or communities.

During the event, various health services were provided for all family members, including guidance on autism, psychological consultation, emotional health care, physical rehabilitation, delivery of reading glasses for seniors, glaucoma detection, specific health services for women, and dental units. In addition, food packages were distributed, oncological wigs were made, disability certificates were issued, and procedures were managed for the national ID card and vehicle registration for people with disabilities.

The agencies collaborating with DIF Sinaloa provided complementary services such as vaccination programs managed by the Ministry of Health, civil registration procedures by the Civil Registry, delivery of trees and energy-saving bulbs with SEBIDES, education for youth and adults managed by ISEJA, haircuts offered by ICATSIN staff, as well as a tax collection program for vehicle procedures and driver's licenses.

Additionally, the Brigada del Bienestar included the participation of staff from the State Commission of Human Rights, who provided information to the participants. During the event, President Eneyda Rocha was accompanied by various local authorities who toured each module, greeted attendees, and listened to the community's needs.
