Wellness Brigades Arrive in Navolato

With the aim of providing well-being to families in Sinaloa, Dr. Eneyda Rocha Ruiz, president of the DIF Sinaloa system, in coordination with various government departments of Sinaloa led by Dr. Rubén Rocha Moya, has carried out the Well-Being Brigades program throughout the state.

On this occasion, the Well-Being Brigade moved to the syndicate of Villa Juárez in the municipality of Navolato. President Eneyda Rocha Ruiz highlighted that through these brigades, families have access to a variety of services for free, ensuring the respect of their human rights. Each person can receive more than one type of attention based on their needs.

The Well-Being Brigades program offers comprehensive attention in health, nutrition, social and emotional assistance in order to contribute to the improvement of the quality of life for families in different localities of Sinaloa.

During the attention day in Villa Juárez, health services were provided for all ages, guidance on autism, psychological consultations, emotional health care, physical rehabilitation, the provision of reading glasses for the elderly, glaucoma detection, women's health care, dental services, among others.

In addition, food baskets were distributed, the making of oncology wigs was offered, disability certificates were issued, and the processing of national credentials and vehicle registration for people with disabilities was facilitated, all for free.

The agencies collaborating with DIF Sinaloa in these brigades include the Ministry of Health, the Civil Registry, SEBIDES, ISEJA, and ICATSIN, among others. Additionally, the brigade had the participation of the State Commission on Human Rights to provide information to the attendees.

President Eneyda Rocha was accompanied by local authorities during the tour of the different attention modules, where they greeted those present, listened to their needs, and coordinated efforts to bring aid to the community.
