In the state of Puebla, the Wellbeing Pension program for Women is being implemented, which has successfully enrolled approximately 34,000 women aged 63 and 64 in just 20 days, achieving 67% progress. This initiative is part of the Wellbeing Programs and is driven by President Claudia Sheinbaum, continuing the policies started by former President Andrés Manuel López Obrador.

According to Rodrigo Abdala Dartigues, the Wellbeing delegate in Puebla, to date, 33,750 women have submitted the required documentation to access this pension granted by the federal government. It is anticipated that by the end of the process, around 50,000 women will be registered in total, so 220 service modules have been set up across various points in the state to facilitate registration.

Those interested in accessing this benefit can register at the modules set up in the 217 municipalities of the state, the locations of which are available on the official portal. To complete the registration, the following documentation must be presented: valid official identification, birth certificate, CURP, proof of residence, and properly fill out the Wellbeing form.

The registration deadline will extend until November 30, dividing registration according to the initial of the first surname to expedite the process. It is expected that by early 2025, beneficiaries will begin to receive a bimonthly support of three thousand pesos once they reach 65 years old.
