Businessman Rafael Saldaña Granda has responded to accusations made in a journalistic column, defending his integrity and legitimate business participation. Saldaña, despite facing a legal case of over 20 years regarding the ownership of a land acquired in 1988, defends himself against allegations that question his actions.
"Through this letter, and based on Articles 1, 6, and 7 of the Political Constitution of the United Mexican States, as well as in the Regulatory Law of the Right to Reply, I allow myself to exercise this right in the face of inaccurate, unfounded, and harmful allegations to my honor stated in the column," Saldaña states in his defense. He clarifies that his business participation has been legitimate and transparent, acknowledging that he is a partner of the company that owns the property in question, but not the legal representative.
The businessman defends himself against accusations regarding his conduct in the case that confronts him with Inmobiliaria ABKA and Constructora San Marón, showing legal documentation that supports his position. Saldaña emphasizes the importance of transparency in his public and business career, highlighting respect for legality in his processes.
Regarding the disputed land, acquired in 1988 and over which allegations of dispossession have been raised, Saldaña presents details that support his legal acquisition. He mentions that the sale was authorized by the IMSS and the Secretariat of Urban Development and Ecology and that the possession of the property was carried out following the corresponding procedures.
Saldaña calls for a review of the legal files of the case, demonstrating that he has defended his legitimate property in various courts. He also attacks unfounded accusations that aim to tarnish his reputation and career, asserting that he has acted with honesty and that his professional career is open to public scrutiny.
Finally, Saldaña warns about the dangers of a biased judicial system, alerting to potential repressions and legal dispossessions if justice and transparency are not demanded. He emphasizes the importance of protecting the rights of all citizens, preventing economic and political interests from distorting justice in the country.
