"Through this letter, and based on Articles 1, 6, and 7 of the Political Constitution of the United Mexican States, as well as in the Regulatory Law of the Right to Reply, I allow myself to exercise this right in the face of inaccurate, unfounded, and harmful allegations to my honor stated in the column," Saldaña states in his defense. He clarifies that his business participation has been legitimate and transparent, acknowledging that he is a partner of the company that owns the property in question, but not the legal representative.
The businessman defends himself against accusations regarding his conduct in the case that confronts him with Inmobiliaria ABKA and Constructora San Marón, showing legal documentation that supports his position. Regarding the disputed land, acquired in 1988 and over which allegations of dispossession have been raised, Saldaña presents details that support his legal acquisition.
