The state leader of Morena, Olga Lucía Romero Garci-Crespo, urged the application of the law in light of the financial deficit of 500 million pesos in the Puebla City Council, pointed out by Mayor José Chedraui Budib. She emphasized that they will ensure everything is carried out in accordance with the law, regardless of who may be displeased.

Regarding the annulment of the elections in Chignahuapan and Venustiano Carranza by the Electoral Tribunal of the State of Puebla (TEEP), Romero Garci-Crespo supported the tribunal's actions and denied any delay. She is confident that the corresponding sanctions will be issued and that authorities will take action when necessary.

In an interview, the leader defended the legality with which the Congress of Puebla appointed the Municipal Councils in the municipalities affected by the election annulment. She stated that she would give her opinion once all the details of the case are known and ensured that everything has been done in accordance with the law, despite questions regarding the lack of formal notification concerning the annulment.

In relation to the municipal debt, it is expected that a detailed report on pending payments and areas of the municipal government affected will be presented in the coming days. Romero Garci-Crespo praised Chedraui Budib's prudence and expressed confidence that he will provide the complete information in due time.
