The mayor of Querétaro, Felipe Fernando Macías, stated that his new position in the National Action Party (PAN) will not affect his responsibilities as municipal president. He emphasized that his party activities will not take place during his work hours.
After being appointed by the state leadership of his party as coordinator of municipalities, syndicates, and councilors, Macías explained that his street visits will be carried out on his days off, mainly on Sundays, while maximizing his time.
Regarding his role in the PAN, the mayor detailed that he will ensure that mayors, councilors, and syndicates work directly with citizens in preparation for the upcoming electoral period. He highlighted the importance of PAN governments being recognized for their work and results.
"I am convinced that the best letter of introduction for the PAN is its municipal and state governments. The best governments in the country come from the National Action Party, and this is the task that the party has entrusted to me," emphasized Mayor Macías.
