Governor Mauricio Kuri González led the expansion of the ITP Aero Mexico plant, a company of Spanish origin that has invested more than 580 million pesos in the entity. This expansion not only strengthens the state's aviation sector but also represents the creation of 250 new jobs.

Additionally, he emphasized the importance of collaboration between the business, educational, and government sectors to promote growth. In his intervention, the director of ITP Aero Mexico, Txomin Crespo Domínguez, recalled that the company was a pioneer by establishing itself in Querétaro in 1998, marking the beginning of an industry that is now fundamental to the state's economy.

"These new facilities, dedicated to casting and central storage, are clear examples of our commitment and the effort in investment and development," declared Crespo. The CEO of ITP Aero, Carlos Alzola Elizondo, emphasized that the new facilities produce high-tech and complex components, placing them among the world leaders. "These facilities are also a benchmark for innovation and sustainability," said Alzola, thanking the government of Querétaro and the Secretariats of Sustainable Development and Labor for their support.

For his part, Marco Antonio Del Prete Tercero, Secretary of Sustainable Development, recognized ITP Aero's trust in Querétaro, pointing out that the company has evolved from providing maintenance for turbines to manufacturing next-generation engine components. "This commits us to continue generating favorable conditions for the arrival of more investments like today's," he indicated.

Finally, the CEO of ITP Aero Mexico, Eva Azoulay, emphasized that the expansion in Querétaro reinforces the company's commitment to the region and celebrates the shared success between the entity and the firm. "These facilities, unique in their category in the region, motivate us to continue betting on young talent and innovation," she expressed.

During the ceremony, Kuri called ITP Aero an icon of the aerospace sector in Querétaro and Mexico. "Querétaro is the only state in the country that has a university fully dedicated to aviation, training the best specialists. This industry brings with it innovation and competitiveness," highlighted the governor, who thanked ITP Aero for its trust in the state.
