The Judiciary of the State of Querétaro has implemented the National Registry of Alimony Obligations (RNOA) in accordance with federal and state legal regulations. This tool is fundamental for protecting the rights of girls, boys, and adolescents, as its main objective is to prevent the non-compliance of alimony obligations through a unique registry of debtors and creditors.
The RNOA enables the issuance of Certificates of No Alimony Debtor, which can be requested by any person through the national platform. Judicial authorities have the power to require the registration in the RNOA of those who do not meet their alimony obligations after having been duly requested and failing to prove or comply with the stipulated.
In Querétaro, seven cases have been registered in the RNOA so far, reflecting the state's commitment to compliance and the protection of rights. This certificate is essential for carrying out various procedures and ensures that the applicant is not registered as an alimony debtor.
To facilitate access and information about the registry, the Council of the Judiciary of Querétaro approved the guidelines for its implementation, which were published in the Official Newspaper "Sombra de Arteaga." Interested citizens can obtain details about the registry at family courts, on the official website of the Judiciary of the State of Querétaro, or through the telephone support line available Monday to Friday during office hours.
In the words of the Judiciary of Querétaro: "The implementation of the National Registry of Alimony Obligations aims to ensure the compliance with these obligations and protect the rights of alimony recipients, primarily girls, boys, and adolescents."
