The mayor of Querétaro, Felipe Fernando Macías, committed to addressing the state of neglect in which the Red Cross facilities in Santa Rosa Jauregui are located, which have not received proper attention for almost six years. To tackle this situation, he plans to request a meeting with the state delegate, Eduardo Vera, with the purpose of identifying needs and putting these facilities into operation.

In his statements, the mayor mentioned that he is in constant communication with Eduardo Vera with the aim of strengthening the work of the Red Cross, ensuring that the institution can operate optimally. Additionally, he acknowledged the shortage of ambulances in the municipality, announcing that new units will soon be presented to improve emergency response capacity in Querétaro.

Felipe Fernando Macías reported that during the current fiscal year, a budget increase has been approved directed at emergency services. He emphasized that the acquisition of new ambulances is part of a broader strategy to strengthen the response capabilities of pre-hospital care institutions in the city.
