The Attorney General of the state of Querétaro, Víctor Antonio De Jesús Hernández, reported that one of the individuals processed for the armed attack at the bar 'Los Cantaritos' is also implicated in a previous homicide that occurred in Pedro Escobedo. This incident took place on September 30, a little more than a month before the tragedy on November 9 in the center of the capital. According to the authorities, thorough investigations have been underway to identify those responsible for the crimes in the state.

In his statements, Attorney Hernández emphasized: 'We continue to carry out thorough investigations to always identify the individuals who have participation or are responsible for the commission of crimes in the state.' The evidence collected so far supports the individual's involvement in a previous homicide on Camino a la Purísima.

Regarding the third individual implicated in the 'Los Cantaritos' case who is still at large, the prosecutor's office continues to cooperate with other state entities and international organizations such as Interpol in order to locate him. According to state and security authorities, the shooting at 'Los Cantaritos' stemmed from a settling of accounts between two criminal groups with the main objective of killing Fernando 'G', known as 'La Flaca'.

Despite initial speculations about the possible departure from the country of one of the implicated subjects, investigations suggest that he remains in Mexico. The prosecutor indicated that if he had left the national territory, there would have been knowledge of this through the corresponding protocols. In this sense, the search and capture of the third individual involved remains a priority for state and federal authorities.
