In Querétaro, the general secretary of Morena in the state, Alejandro Pérez Ibarra, informed about the technical problems faced in the party's membership process. Despite these setbacks, a process of improvement in the system has begun, and concrete numbers on the progress toward the goal of more than 170,000 members are expected in the coming days.

In his statements, Pérez Ibarra mentioned: "We have made good progress; we have had technical problems in the sense that it is an immediate membership, and sometimes the issue of reception, signal, or uploading information generates incidents, but the program is in the improvement phase." Once these technical problems are resolved, it is expected that the activity will speed up, especially in areas where the signal makes the process difficult. He also highlighted that this membership will contribute to the internal organization of the party by preventing corporate memberships.

The general secretary emphasized that the membership process is simple: it is enough to show a valid voter ID, take a photo, and sign to express the decision to be part of Morena. Afterwards, the membership card is received. Currently, there is a group of territorial coordinators roaming the districts, inviting citizens door-to-door to join this political movement with a tablet, uniform, and credentials.

Currently, Morena in Querétaro has around 22,000 members, who will also have to renew their membership to obtain the new card, being part of this membership process that aims to renew and strengthen the party's supporter base.
