The president of the State Directive Committee of PAN in Querétaro, Martín Arango, celebrated the commitment of his bench in the State Congress to carry out a judicial reform in Querétaro. It was mentioned that the reform will be carried out responsibly, seriously, and thoughtfully, always taking into account the interests of Querétaro and meeting the needs of the citizens.
"We are pleased that it has been confirmed that there will indeed be a judicial reform. The people of Querétaro deserve well-crafted laws, discussed with seriousness, that strengthen our institutions and enable us to have a justice system that is close, professional, and transparent," Arango stated.
The importance of prioritizing compliance with the federal constitutional reform was emphasized, while always considering the timing and methods that ensure that the secondary laws are adapted to the reality of Querétaro. Arango emphasized that they will not allow hasty impositions of reforms and praised the planning of two phases: a constitutional reform approved in a timely manner and then a comprehensive and consensual review of the secondary laws.
"From Acción Nacional, we fully support our bench in the local Congress. There is confidence that the reform will be carried out with responsibility, seriousness, and a vision for the future, and not as a mere replica of improvised proposals," concluded Arango.
