The Transparency, Access to Public Information, and Protection of Personal Data Commission of the State of Querétaro (Infoqro) revealed that the Executive Power of the State of Querétaro, the municipality of Querétaro, and the municipality of Corregidora are the three most questioned entities by the citizenry. There have been 11 resources presented due to complaints and non-compliance with transparency obligations, of which 4 were dismissed. Among the entities mentioned are the State Executive Power, the municipality of Peñamiller, and the Administrative Justice Tribunal.

Despite the consultation and renewal figures of the portal, it is not possible to consult the types of questions or topics addressed in this list. In previous years, the questions focused on expenses, institutional activities, constitutional controversies, audits, reports, national security, or information generated or managed by the obligated subject.

During the period from January to September, a total of 7,522 information requests have been presented, with 1,200 for the municipality of Querétaro, 828 for the State Executive Power, 430 for the municipality of Corregidora, 391 for the State Attorney General's office, and 328 for the State Health Secretariat. Following are the State Judiciary with 263 requests, the State Water Commission with 238, Infoqro with 214, the municipality of Amealco with 210, and the municipality of San Juan del Río with 203.

Regarding the breakdown of requests, 96.4% corresponds to requests for access to information, totaling 7,252, while the remaining 3.58% are requests for personal data, that is, 270. This represents a 35% increase compared to personal data requests from the previous year, which were a total of 200.

The municipality of Corregidora was the most questioned in personal data requests, with 44 requests, followed by the Judiciary with 31, the State Executive Power with 30, the Health Secretariat with 30, and the municipality of Colón with 20 requests in this area.

The report details that the months of highest activity were January, with 1,271 requests; August with 1,009; September with 1,018; and April with 214. On the other hand, the months of lowest activity were July with 444, May with 614, and June with 679 requests.
