The agency EnMG Mexico has publicly responded to the case of Alejandra Cecoopieri, a young doctor who experienced various mechanical failures in the ZR Elegance Red Vans she purchased from the company. Since November 24, 2023, Alejandra has faced issues such as jerking while driving, strange noises, oil leaks, and malfunctioning components like the sunroof and the vehicle's screen.
Despite having gone to the agency multiple times seeking solutions, the problems persisted, leading the doctor to stage a public protest. Alejandra's demonstration sparked a discussion about the quality of the company's service and products, as well as the responsibility of companies towards consumers.
In response to this situation, MG Mexico deeply regretted what happened and assured that they are committed to ensuring customer satisfaction. Following a process of dialogue and mediation, the company announced an agreement with Alejandra that reflects its commitment to customer respect and attention.
As part of its commitment to continuous improvement, MG Mexico will implement a comprehensive plan to strengthen its customer service, including 360° audits in its dealer network to ensure quality at every point of contact. Additionally, intensive training will be conducted for all network members with the goal of providing exceptional service and timely solutions, after Dr. Alejandra Cecoopieri reported mistreatment by the agency's staff.
