Authorities indicate that at least two other people participated in these events. The Attorney General's Office of the State of Tamaulipas will continue to report on the progress of the investigations as permitted by the confidentiality of the case, reaffirming its commitment to the full clarification of the facts, so that they do not go unpunished and the responsible parties are brought to justice.

The victims are Heriberto “G”, 41; Berenice “F”, 37; Ángel “G”, 20; and Claudia “G”, 10. On Wednesday night, it was reported that the bodies of a woman and two men belonging to this family had been found.

Regarding the fourth victim, the attorney general's office stated that it is analyzing the information obtained to locate her, according to a press release from the state agency. Authorities also reported the arrest of two people allegedly linked to these incidents.

The bodies are at the Forensic Medical Service facilities, where the corresponding expert examinations are being carried out to determine the cause of death and proceed with their identification.

The investigation is related to the search for a family from Reynosa composed of four members reported as missing: the father, the mother, and their two children. Both detainees are at the disposal of the Public Ministry, which continues to build the case file.

According to the data gathered so far, the main line of investigation establishes that the alleged perpetrators were hired to deprive one of the victims of her liberty as reprisal for having obtained the position of supervisor at her workplace. During the course of that action, her relatives were also kidnapped and subsequently murdered.

The Tamaulipas Attorney General's Office reported that three bodies with no signs of life were found on a dirt road on the outskirts of the city of Reynosa.
