Service Caravan Begins in Silao

More than 20 state agencies and 4 municipal areas are participating in a mobile program aimed at facilitating access to government services without citizens having to travel to the Government Palace. Governor Libia Dennise García Muñoz Ledo has emphasized the importance of this approach, stating that they are there to work closely with the people, listen to them, assist them, and understand their needs.

Along with the provision of services, cultural and recreational activities for the whole family will also be held in these mobile caravans. The purpose of this management model is to be closer, accessible, and tangible for all residents of Guanajuato. The governor assured that these caravans will periodically visit each municipality to ensure that services reach all corners of the state.

The mayor of Silao, Melanie Murillo, expressed the enthusiasm of the residents of her municipality for the arrival of these services and state programs that are now available to everyone. This initiative not only focuses on administrative procedures but also offers services in areas such as health, education, security, economic and social development. Additionally, the delivery of the first Pink Cards has been mentioned during these visits.

In the framework of these caravans, the Financial and Support Program You Can Do It Guanajuato will also be presented, a new institution of the Government for the People aimed at providing economic support to entrepreneurs and small business owners, representing a significant advancement in microcredit. The first People’s Caravan "With My Governor" has launched in the municipality of Silao, bringing over 60 procedures and services directly to the communities of Guanajuato.
