The candidate for Minister of the Supreme Court of Justice of the Nation (SCJN), Yasmín Esquivel Mossa, highlighted the importance of the community perspective when administering justice. In a conference in Tabasco titled "Justice with a Community Perspective: Inclusion, Dialogue, and Solution," the Minister emphasized that the reform of the Judiciary aims to transform the justice system to make it more inclusive and guarantee the equality of all individuals.

"Justice must ensure the full enjoyment of rights under conditions of equality; it cannot be indifferent to the circumstances surrounding it," affirmed Esquivel Mossa. In this sense, she stressed the importance of those who administer justice considering both the community perspective and the rights perspective when making decisions.

Regarding the upcoming judicial election in Tabasco, the candidate reported that 235 people are running for one of the 51 available positions as judges, magistrates, or ministers. Esquivel Mossa reiterated her commitment to accessible justice that is close to the population, fosters trust in the judicial system, and responds to the needs of citizenship.
