A federal judge has bound to trial Andrés “N” and Genaro “N”, alleged bodyguards detained during the operation carried out on Sunday, February 22, in Tapalpa, Jalisco, which led to the capture and death of Nemesio Rubén Oseguera Cervantes, alias “El Mencho”, presumed leader of the Jalisco New Generation Cartel (CJNG). Meanwhile, Genaro “N” was linked for the probable commission of carrying firearms with aggravating circumstances and carrying magazines, also of exclusive military use.
