Legislative Meeting in Toluca Initiated by Governor

Governor Delfina Gómez Álvarez opened the first Legislative Activities Meeting aimed at aligning laws to improve the lives of Mexican citizens in the State of Mexico and Michoacán.


Legislative Meeting in Toluca Initiated by Governor

The Governor of the State of Mexico, Delfina Gómez Álvarez, inaugurated the work of the first Meeting of Legislative Activities with Deputies of Morena from the State of Mexico and Michoacán. At the event, she called for coordinated efforts to fulfill the most important task, which is to improve the lives of Mexican citizens.

During the meeting, the aim was to align and strengthen legislative agendas in order to analyze, modify, or create new laws that respond to the interests and needs of both states. Initiatives were proposed aimed at improving social, economic, and environmental conditions for the benefit of the citizenry.

Deputy Ricardo Monreal Ávila, Coordinator of the Morena Parliamentary Group in the Chamber of Deputies, recognized the performance of Governor Delfina Gómez Álvarez and reiterated the support of the bench to promote legislative issues that strengthen the State of Mexico.

The meeting was attended by Horacio Duarte Olivares, Secretary General of Government; Sergio Gutiérrez Luna, President of the Chamber of Deputies; and Gabriela Jiménez, Deputy Coordinator of the Morena Parliamentary Group.

The initiative aims to improve social, economic, and environmental conditions for the benefit of the citizenry.
