A woman expressed her dissatisfaction at a veterinary clinic after receiving her deceased dog back, stating that the handover was inadequate. Later, accompanied by her partner, they attacked Hector Hernandez Cañas with a knife and spread false information to defame him as a veterinarian. The dog named Mía, eight years old, died due to complications during surgery caused by a chicken bone lodged in her throat, provided by her owners, who then assaulted the veterinarian.

In previous threat videos, the couple is seen arguing with the veterinarian. "If you don't want more problems, you have to give me 50,000 pesos," the man began with threats, trying to extort the veterinarian. The woman continued her threats, stating that they would not physically harm anyone, but would attack him in other ways.

Veterinarian Hector Hernandez Cañas was harassed and threatened by the couple owning the deceased dog, who demanded payment and spread false information to damage his reputation. The man mentioned that he would receive support from others to intimidate the veterinarian, while the woman accused him of letting the dog die, demanding the truth about what happened.

The dog Mía lost her life due to respiratory arrest during a surgery performed at the veterinarian's clinic. The pet owners had given her a chicken bone that caused complications and the animal's death. The attacking couple insisted on receiving answers about the dog's situation, threatening to continue reprisals if they were not satisfied.
