New Construction in Escobedo: Pocket Park Libramiento

The construction of Pocket Park Libramiento, a 12.4-hectare project in Escobedo, Nuevo León, has been initiated by GP Desarrollos, without disclosing the investment amount. This is the fifth industrial park under the Pocket Parks concept that the company has in Nuevo León, joining those located in Juárez, Escobedo, Ciénega de Flores, and Apodaca.

The Pocket Park Libramiento will feature four industrial buildings, with the first measuring 139,700 square feet. Notable features include sustainable infrastructure based on solar energy, advanced security systems, and proximity to residential areas. This development will be located on the Northeastern Bypass towards Saltillo, with access to important transportation routes such as the Monterrey-Laredo Highway and the Saltillo-Nuevo Laredo Highway.

In 2019, GP Desarrollos introduced the Pocket Parks concept, characterized by being close to housing developments and sources of employment, offering optimized maintenance and operational costs, utilizing renewable energy in common areas, and featuring cutting-edge design and construction carried out internally by GP Construcción.
