The Governor of Guanajuato, Libia Dennise García Muñoz Ledo, presented the Financing and Supports "Tú Puedes Guanajuato" with the aim of providing financing and support to sectors underserved by traditional financial institutions. During the launch of this project, the Governor expressed her commitment to supporting micro, small, and medium enterprises by offering accessible credits to boost economic growth in the region.

The financial entity seeks to promote financial inclusion in the State of Guanajuato, providing economic and financial support to micro, small, and medium enterprises, as well as to women entrepreneurs, young people, producers from the primary sector, and residents of rural and vulnerable areas. The offered credits will not require complicated procedures and it is expected to benefit thousands of entrepreneurs.

Additionally, seven branches of the Financing and Supports Tú Puedes Guanajuato have been established in different localities of the state to facilitate access to these services. Various financing programs with competitive interest rates and flexible conditions have been created, aiming to boost productive projects and assist those seeking to start a business.

The project has an initial fund of 400 million pesos, allocated for both financing and economic support for the population. It is estimated to benefit thousands of economic units with non-reimbursable financing and support, thereby providing growth and development opportunities for entrepreneurs in Guanajuato. The initiative aims to simplify procedures and offer favorable conditions for those not served by the traditional banking sector.
