According to Aguilar, the first step to implementing Gen AI is to identify specific and relevant use cases.
Dell's Gen AI program aims to significantly shorten development times, moving from months or years to just weeks, guiding companies from identifying use cases to implementing specialized models in areas such as finance, healthcare, and customer service. With this comprehensive approach, Dell Technologies seeks to position itself as a strategic partner for Mexican companies wishing to lead the adoption of artificial intelligence.
To facilitate the implementation of Gen AI, Dell has launched its AI Factory initiative in collaboration with partners such as Nvidia, AMD, and Intel. Aguilar mentioned that they are focused on five key areas: marketing, customer experience, sales, software development, and promotions. Furthermore, he highlighted that everyday technological devices are evolving to integrate AI processing capabilities, which will facilitate more efficient applications directly from devices like PCs and smartphones.
