Elderly individuals have the option to pay only 65 pesos bi-monthly for property tax, which amounts to 390 pesos a year. This benefit also extends to vulnerable groups, offering payment facilities to avoid long lines and inconveniences.

Additionally, for greater convenience, options such as payments at self-service stores or bank branches are offered, thus facilitating timely compliance with tax obligations. Office hours are from 9:00 a.m. to 9:00 p.m. from Monday to Sunday.
Regarding vehicle tax, a 100% discount on its payment has been announced for this year, as long as the corresponding requirements are met, including covering the renewal fee and being up to date with previous payments.
