Government authorities have published the payment schedule for the Welfare Scholarships aimed at basic, upper secondary, and higher education. This first deposit of the year is directed to scholarship students from 2024.
The payment schedule for February includes scholarships for basic education, the Universal Scholarship for Upper Secondary Education "Benito Juárez", as well as the support of "Young People Writing the Future". The deposit period for these financial supports from social programs began on Tuesday, February 4, and will conclude on the next Monday, February 24, according to the Banco del Bienestar.
As for the payment schedule of the Benito Juárez Scholarship for 2025, the deposits will be made according to the initial letter of the beneficiaries' last name, distributed as follows: from Tuesday, February 4, for last names starting with the letter A, until Monday, February 24, for last names starting with W, X, Y, or Z.
There is no need to withdraw cash on the same day of the deposit, as it will remain safe in the Banco del Bienestar card account and can be used in establishments with terminals.
If there are questions about the corresponding scholarship amount, it is recommended to use the Status Finder of the National Coordination of Welfare Scholarships. Through this finder, beneficiaries of the Young People Writing the Future Scholarship or the Benito Juárez Scholarships can verify their status by entering their CURP on the official portal.
The Status Finder will show in green if the scholarship status is active, indicating that the student is part of the Benito Juárez scholarship programs. If it appears in red, the status will be inactive, indicating that the student is not part of the scholarship program and will provide the reason why they are not registered.
