126 Companies Offer Jobs for Repatriated Mexicans

The Business Coordinating Council (CCE) has reported that more than 126 affiliated companies have joined the labor integration strategy for Mexicans repatriated from the United States, offering a total of 45,910 vacancies for those returning to Mexico. This effort aims to support deported migrants and foster their insertion into the Mexican labor market, encouraging more companies to join the initiative.

The vacancies are being disseminated through the CCE's Paisano Business Connection portal, where job opportunities can mainly be found in federal entities such as Nuevo León, Mexico City, State of Mexico, Guanajuato, Jalisco, Coahuila, and Querétaro. Francisco Cervantes Díaz, president of the CCE, expressed gratitude for the commitment of the participating companies and emphasized the importance of repatriates being aware of the available opportunities through government agencies.

The CCE is working together with the Secretariat of Governance and the Secretariat of Labor and Social Welfare to ensure that information about vacancies reaches the repatriates, facilitating their reintegration into the country and contributing to economic development. According to Cervantes Díaz, there is a genuine interest on the part of companies to recognize and utilize the labor competencies of those returning to Mexico to meet their staffing needs.

Roberto Campa, Director of Corporate Affairs at FEMSA and Coordinator of the business working group, highlighted the diversity of job profiles demanded, from operational staff to technical and professional roles, reflecting the willingness of the business sector to generate meaningful job opportunities for repatriated nationals.
