An employee of Angélica Rivera, Omar Cantoral, was reported for stealing three bottles of Vega Sicilia wine from her home in Lomas de Chapultepec, CDMX. The value of the stolen bottles could reach 60,417 pesos.

A man identified as Omar Cantoral, an employee of Angélica Rivera, nicknamed "La Gaviota" for her role in a soap opera of the same name, was reported for theft at the actress's home in Lomas de Chapultepec, Miguel Hidalgo borough, CDMX. Cantoral reportedly took three bottles of wine from the Spanish brand Vega Sicilia from Rivera's residence.

The stolen drink was valued at 20,139 Mexican pesos per bottle, specifically the bottle of Vega Sicilia 'Unico Reserva Especial' red wine of 750 ml from the Ribera del Duero region. If the stolen bottles were of this type, Cantoral would have taken approximately 60,417 pesos in luxury merchandise.

Although the exact type of Vega Sicilia wine that was taken was not specified, Cantoral was reported to the Attorney General's Office of Mexico City (FGJCDMX) for the robbery at Angélica Rivera's house. However, according to journalist Carlos Jiménez, "they let him go" after the report.
